How to Successfully Return a Product:
- Make sure the return period does not exceed 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Preserve the product’s appearance and components: factory seals and protective films must be intact.
- Ensure there are no damages: the product is accepted only without mechanical defects, scratches, or signs of use.
- Prepare the necessary documents:
- cash receipt or delivery note;
- bank card, if payment was made using it;
- an identity document (state standard).
- Deliver the product to the store in person.
By following these steps, you can return the product without any issues.
Product exchanges and returns are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Rights Protection».
Please note that goods of proper quality that have been used cannot be returned to the seller according to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection":
Article 9. Consumer Rights When Purchasing Goods of Proper Quality
1. The consumer has the right to exchange non-food goods of proper quality for a similar one with the seller from whom it was purchased if the product does not satisfy them in terms of shape, dimensions, design, color, size, or other reasons that prevent its intended use.
The consumer has the right to exchange goods of proper quality within fourteen days, excluding the day of purchase, unless a longer period is announced by the seller.

Exchange of goods of proper quality is carried out if they were not used and if their appearance, consumer properties, seals, tags, and the sales receipt provided to the consumer along with the sold goods are preserved.
The list of goods not subject to exchange (return) on the grounds specified in this article is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
